Is there a way that I can set my ligatures to Standard without Fontself asking me? I’m working on a lot of ligatures right now and it’s annoying that I have to select Standard Ligature every time I create a ligature.

Automatic Standard Ligature
Yes, just rename each Illustrator object with the exact letters of the ligature plus the suffix .liga (like ffi.liga), select them (you could use a guide) to set their baseline, and press Batch.
It works with .dlig for discretionary alternates too.
And this Smart Batch feature works on ligatures, alternates and any other character.
