I’ve made a bitmap for which I can view in illustrator and indesign, however when I export to PDF it appears with white boxes around it. This is a massive problem when sending to print! Can anyone help please?

Using the CC 2019 version of AI and ID should solve such issues. Otherwise, please send the font and design files to hello@fontself.com so we can investigate the issue.
