Hi! I can’t catapult my font in Illustrator. What seems to be the problem? My internet connection is good, but it says “Check your internet connection and try again.”

Could you send to hello@fontself.com the zip file that you will find on your Desktop after clicking on “Send Logs” from the top right menu?
