I’m getting stuck on my first attempt to download. I purchased my license, but accidentily started the download on my iPad before I noticed it’s just for MacOS. So I deleted the files and then tried on my laptop. While it downloaded the zip file, nothing happens when I actually click on it. We’ll it tried to open and then “crashes” a split second later.
What can I do?!
