Colored, 3D Fonts

Hello,

I just created a colored, 3D font. The font shows up perfectly in the preview and in the Font Book. But, when I use it in a word/sentence, only the first letter of the series is displayed in colored, 3D format. The remaining letters are black and 2D. This happens in both the CC 2019 versions of photoshop and illustrator- while using a MACOS Mojave, Version 10.14. Thanks!

Any chance you typed characters that are missing in your font (different case or punctuation)? The apps usually switch over to a default font. Have a look here: https://help.fontself.com/troubleshooting/missing-characters-font-substitution

If not, please send us the OTF font and AI document to hello@fontself.com so we can have a look.
