Delete my font from illustrator

i want to delete a font I made that is now in Illustrator fonts. How can I do that?

Hi, you can find all the Installed fonts in this folder:
Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fonts

You can access it by clicking on the Browse button or from the desktop by pressing Cmd + Shift + G in the Finder and pasting this: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fonts
