I was thinking of getting Fontself to make a kana typeface based on a blockprint that I did. I’m not finding any information if Fontself supports making Japanese typefaces though.
Does anyone know if you’re able to make hiragana or katakana in Fontself?

Want to give this question a bump because I’m not sure I’ve seen any other post that would help elaborate on how to approach creating fonts for non-English ABC style typefaces/fonts.
I’m especially curious about making a hiragana and katakana typeface as well.
@franz I also hope that Fontself can support to create Japanese, Korean & Sanskrit (includes Arabic) fonts
