Font not visible on other computers

Hi there, when I create my font in Photoshop, I can successful use it in Illustrator on my computer only. When others try to install and use the font on their own computers they are unable to. Nothing shows up. Thanks in advance for any help!

do you use macOS oder Windows?

Bitmap fonts made as OpenType-SVG file are not supported by older app versions or systems, user can have a look here to check whether they should upgrade to use them: https://www.colorfonts.wtf/#section4

Thanks! I did check to make sure the other users met all of those requirements and they do and the font still doesn’t work :frowning:
