Fontself failing to import anything

Hi,

I just purchased and installed Fontself. It installs and loads fine but I when I try to import anything it just hangs and the importing wheel just spins forever.
It doesn’t matter if it’s the a-z from the Welcome Gazette or a simple square. It never progresses. I run a Windows laptop with Illustrator v 27.0.1.

As a test I remote installed Fontself on my work-PC, which runs Illustrator v 24.0, and it worked immediately.

I see you have it working via a remote install. Having the same issue.
