I currently have FontSelf installed on Illustrator 2019. I recently upgraded to Illustrator 2020 and it doesn’t seem to launch. I tried to re-install, but the link I have says “Fontself_Maker_AI_3.4.0_59e2c.zip (Not Available)”. I tried to retrieve the latest version using the instructions on the FAQ page on the website, but the e-mail address associated with the license key/order ID is for someone who no longer works at the company, so it won’t send me the update. Please help!
