Please tell me, how can I create a handwriting font from letters of the alphabet in a .jpg? I created the .jpg for calligraphr, but it won’t upload it).

You can use Fontself to convert your lettering into a vector font but will first have to vectorize your letters using Illustrator’s Live Trace features.
