i can’t use the plugin in since the last update, there is nothing in the working screen and when i click the update and other buttons nothing is happening

Hello Timothy_Magat and welcome to the forum.
If you have Illustrator version 25.3.1 installed, then an older version of Fontself will not load. To fix this and update to the current version 3.5.6 of Fontself you need the installer (like the first time).
If you did not receive the installer by e-mail, please write to hello@fontself.com and ask Franz for it.
