I am interested in creating SVG color fonts in Hebrew.

How, exactly, would having the program Glyphs or Glyph Mini help with using Fontself to create right to left fonts such as Hebrew?

Fontself does not yet support features like contextual characters at the beginning or end of words, i.e. sofit. Just mind that the workflow to edit OT-SVG color fonts made in Fontself into Glyphs is not yet operational, so you would currently have to start from scratch in either app.
