How to change character template?

Can anyone show me how to change the standard character template? I want to change it to Greek.

If you open the template for Latin letters, you will see that it has several layers, almost all of which are protected.
Save the document under a new name and replace the Latin letters with the Greek letters. Protect the layer again.
Save the document as a template, then you can use it again and again.
