How to get a refund?

I am new to fontself .,and making fonts in general.I am bit confused.After a while of digging about I have discovered seeming innocently to have purchase the wrong version of fontself; being Fontself Maker for Illustrator CC.

I would like to purchase the standalone different version of the product.Would someone please kindly direcly me the URL for the standalone version without illustrator app.
How can i get a refund?

Hi, please send the purchase ID to hello@fontself.com so we can track your purchase and proceed on the refund. We do however not have a standalone version for desktop, only an iPad https://apps.apple.com/US/app/id1512959192?l=en
