Inkscape does not show my font

I created a font and I am not able to see that in inkscape. But works fine in Word, Powerpoint, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Any idea, why

which version of Inkscape? mac or win? black or coloured font?

I checked with old version .93. It was not working. Now I downloaded 1+ version and it works great. Thank you,
