Install issues for Photoshop Windows

Hello,

We are having trouble installing Fontself for Adobe Photoshop on Windows 10. The user is not able to use Fontself after installation.

When they start Adobe Photoshop, and navigate to Window > Extensions, they have no extensions to choose from no way to license it or select anything. The program does not seem to be there in all versions of Adobe PS.

We already reviewed the page discussing this, “https://help.fontself.com/en/articles/3963293-extension-panel-is-missing”, and we were not able to resolve the issue.

I have also sent logs to the email listed at the end of the link above.

Resolved.

The issue was in Photoshop preferences. In the Legacy Extensions section, you must check both options of “Allow Extensions to Connect to the Internet” and “Load Extension Panels”. These both are turned off by default.

Unless I am blind, this should really be one of the first things listed to check on the help page.
