Photoshop CC 2019 crashing on startup after installing Fontself

I am a new Fontself user, having just purchased it earlier this morning. After installing it, I have been completely blocked from launching Photoshop CC 2019, which is crashing on startup. I found a log that seems to indicate this is due to Fontself being unable to open a particular file. Here’s the log excerpt:

Is this a known issue? What is the workaround/fix? I tried to uninstall/reinstall Fontself but there isn’t an entry in Programs and Features for it and I can’t find any information on how to uninstall.

Rebooting, though unpleasant while in the middle of a project, fixed this issue.

Thank you @Jared for posting what worked for you!

Indeed this is normally not needed but it can help sometimes.
Maybe the engineers at Adobe know more about that but I suspect that bugs like that are too rare for them to be important to fix :frowning:
