Printing errors

Hi there,
I am getting a similar issue with printing a font as I’ve seen at least one other person has had, the font comes out a bit garbled. Attached is a photo of it printed.
Anyone got a solution?

Hi, few questions:

  • What printer do you use?
  • From which app & operating system do you print it (version numbers could be helpful too)?
  • Does it solve the issue if you export a PDF and print that PDF?

And please send the OTF & the text as PDF for inspection to hello@fontself.com

If you are using Illustrator or other application, can you covert your text to outlines - then print.

I’ve had this issue over the years, sometimes it’s a PDF issue…
