Hello,
FontSelf is not working. It keeps displaying this message : “Something went wrong while creating your glyphs Please select only Shapes, Compounds or Groups.”
I updated to version 3.5.13, but nothing has changed. I’m working on an Apple M2 Max MAC Studio and Sequoia 15.6 (24G84). Is it possible to get a refund?
I went to the help forum and no one seems to have the answer.
Thank you
Same for me. “Something went wrong while creating your glyphs Please select only Shapes, Compounds or Groups.”
It’s probably related to the Illustrator update that was installed yesterday.
Please help us!!!

Hi, we found the issue & a fix, as Adobe just deactivated a Clipboard Preference in Illustrator’s newest versions. So you must activate the checkbox " Include SVG Code " to ensure Fontself can import your glyphs again:
Hello,
I have the answer. On a 27-inch Intel Retina 5K iMac purchased in 2020, the latest Illustrator update (27.6) does not cause any problems with the latest FontSelf update (3.5.13).
However, the Illustrator update (27.6) on a Mac Studio M2 prevents FontSelf (3.5.13) from working.
So I reverted to the previous version of Illustrator (29.6.1) to get FontSelf and its latest update to work on my Mac Studio M2. Everything is working fine now. We’ll just have to wait for a new FontSelf update.
Have a good evening, everyone.
