I’d like to retrieve an old purchase I made two years ago because I formatted my laptop and all the files and softwares were gone. I went to the “retrieve installer” page which required me to input the Order ID, which surprisingly I can’t find anywhere in my email, I’m sure it was the right email because I received an email from hello@fontself.com asking about whether or not I had a problem with my purchase. Is there any other way to retrieve my old purchase? Thank you.
