You need to put a ruler that you can drag on and off for better alignment. Also the new update, there’s a problem with the live previews the text become black with black background the rest is alright — transparency preview and black text and white are both working.

For the exact positioning of glyphs, did you have noticed that you could precisely adjust and edit values in the single glyph view (that loads when you double-click on a glyph cell)? Curious whether this would better suit that a ruler.
As for the black background issue we’ve just fixed it, will push it in next update.
