Some letters appear bolder than others

HI there.

I am on the verge of finishing my first font and am now trying to check the otf file is working correctly. I have come across an issue where some letters are appearing bolder than the rest of the font. They are appearing this way on screen at certain magnifications and when the font is printed out.

I have checked everything i can think of inside illustrator to find the problem including the fill colour, the width of the individual lines, no duplicates behind and transparency.

Thinking back the glyphs that are appearing bolder may have been altered after i last updated illustrator and fontself so not sure if that is causing the issue somehow.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Well, if I were you I would type the suspicious letters in your own font in Illustrator and then would convert them to outlines - to compare with the original outlines. Then you may know more. And also - as with all things visual - posting a screenshot or photo will help others help you.
