Continuously getting this error, I’ve tried multiple sizes and different files etc. but it keeps coming up.

Same issue here, Its odd because the numbers work fine but the letters and punctuation are doing this exact thing. Did you work out how to fix it?

can you show a screensht of your document?
I wrote a few letters in the font Deja Vu Sans 30 pt, rasterized the letters and then dragged them into Fontself without errors. The old screenshot shows that the document is very large. But even with a 10x DIN A4 document it works for me.
